The ski-in/ski-out access was fantastic, allowing us to hit the slopes immediately. Though the bed was uncomfortable, we appreciated the effective heating keeping our room cozy after skiing.

Ski vibes in Val Thorens 🎿
Ski-in/ski-out was epic! We enjoyed the 5 min stroll to the bars and shops after a lekker day on the slopes. Ordering fresh bread daily was a nice touch, really made brekkie special!
The mattress was a bit of a shocker, not the comfiest for sleepy legs after skiing all day.

The hotel is very close to the ski slopes and has direct access. It is in the quieter part of town and has easy access to the shops. It is very basic but has all you need for a self catering holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful. The views form the balcony is very good, and the hotel is usually quiet.
The 2 person rooms are very cramped and the facilities very basic. The baths are too small. I do not feel I can give an accurate comment for cleanliness as the clients are expected to clean the room before they leave. The bed linen is not very good quality and the beds and the decoration are all needing upgraded. The cost to have the room cleaned by staff is far too expensive. There are not enough luggage carts for the clients and the ski and boot room need more seats for people to put on their boots. during your welcome evenong you need to cater for the people who do not speak fluent French. There has been an increase in younger people in the hotel and there has been a lot more noise at night-and there are no staff on duty to deal with any situation that might arise.

1. True ski in / ski out. 2. Close to the center of the resort. 3. You can leave your luggage in a room near the reception if you have arrived too early or are getting picked up late. Personnel speaks many languages. 4. Great view (if you have a standard room with balcony).
1. Small ski locker would not fit skis and snowboard or 2 snowboards (Ok if skis only). 2. The two beds are placed by two walls, can't make a double bed. 3. The room is quite small. 4. No possibility for a late check out.

I almost thought about writing a nice review, but i just couldn't. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape, and after a long travel, having to make my own bed was just ridiculous. Expect I would get an upgrade for all my trouble, but no special treatment at this so-called hotel. Amazing location, though.

Had clean and warm room with dishwasher, and protected with smoke detectors. Location: the hotel was really close to other shops. Efficient and amicable staff explained where we were staying.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is perfect for families. Ski-in ski-out access makes getting to the slopes easy with the kids. We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious ski lockers after long days on the slopes. The warm water for showers was a bonus after skiing all day.
My kids wished for more kitchen supplies to make breakfast easier.

Linen and towels were included in the price despite description on the site. Make sure to rent rooms with balcony - view is very nice and rooms without a balcony are facing the hill 20 meters away.
Not all of the staff speaks english.

All in all a very pleasant stay, the venue met needs. Greatly enjoyed our good and warm rooms, plus the staff was amicable. The bus stop was 400 metres away.

great skiing experience with really good access to slopes and warm staff support

Sky-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes easy, great for easy transitions between skiing and relaxing. The balcony offered fine sunset views over the mountains.
Unfortunately, the sofa beds lack comfort. The kitchenette was quite cramped, limiting cooking options and functionality-fine for quick breakfasts but not much else. The towels provided were minimal, with just one per week, which can feel inadequate for active guests.

It was just a smart choice for an overnight stopping in Val Thorens with great value-to-price ratio. I appreciated the friendly reception team who helped me out by lending a hair dryer when I forgot mine. Make sure to bring your own toilet rolls as they're not provided.

Stayed for 7 nights in a studio with good ski-in ski-out access and a lovely sunset view from the balcony. The apartment was dated, and cleaning requirements at check-out were a bit inconvenient. The storage for ski gear was practical, and the size worked well for our group.
